IGUs – Insulating glass

The insulating glass is a glass composed of two or more sheets of glass separated by a gap of air or gas (Argon or Krypton).

The assembly is made possible thanks to the positioning of a spacer, filled with dehydrating salts, which is applied to the glass thanks to a butyl cord, defined as first sealing. The product is completed with the second sealing which can be composed of polysulfide or ANTI UV silicone. Our machines make it possible to create very complex products, in addition to the classic flat sheets, it is possible to make slipped sheets, back channel, insertion of pockets, curtains inside the room. Our highly specialized staff allows us to give a high level of support on the feasibility of each proposed solution.
