Laminated Glass

The lamination process is carried out by coupling two or more single sheets of glass, interposing plastic interlayers (PVB, SG), through a process of heating and controlled pressure.

The laminated glass, in case of breakage, does not release dangerous glass fragments guaranteeing safety and / or anti-burglary performances. The latest generation plant installed allows high performance and very accurate control in every production phase: the washing area with demineralized water, the assembly chamber at controlled temperature and humidity, the ironers for lamination and de-aeration, the ovens heating, all phases are monitored by a central supervisor who stores data to keep the entire production process under control. The system is completed by monitoring the duly refrigerated plastic storage chambers and all the parameters of the autoclave necessary for the completion of the processing. A dedicated vacuum stratification line is installed for special products.
